Build Your Co-op Reservation

Reserve Work Bay 1, 2, or 3 by appointment only. Cooler access is included with every work-bay reservation. After booking, Nicole's Floral will contact you and provide the building access code.

By Appointment OnlyAll co-op work-bay reservations require an appointment. Once your reservation is received, Nicole's Floral will contact you to confirm the details and send the door code for building access.

Your work-bay reservation includes access to the floral cooler during the same reserved time.

Included Cooler Access

Cooler use is included in the work-bay price. Please tell us whether you plan to use it so we can prepare the space.

Vase Request

Vase rentals and vase purchases are available upon request. Pricing and availability will be confirmed by Nicole's Floral after your reservation is submitted.

Transportation carts and any other services shown below are optional. Only selected paid add-ons will be added to checkout.

Rental Agreement and Electronic Signature

This agreement covers the work bay, included cooler use, and any selected rental items.

Rental Agreement

I agree that the work bay, included cooler access, carts, equipment, and any other rented items remain the property of Nicole's Floral. I will leave the work bay and cooler area clean and release or return all rented items by the agreed date and time and in the same condition in which they were received. Transportation cart rentals may not exceed 24 hours. I understand that late, damaged, missing, or unreturned items may result in additional charges and the loss of part or all of my security deposit. Vase rental and purchase requests are subject to availability and separate pricing approval from Nicole's Floral.
